Welcome to TinyLoop (“TinyLoop,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TinyLoop mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, or using TinyLoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to use TinyLoop. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. License to Use TinyLoop
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TinyLoop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app on your personal devices solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Copy, modify or create derivative works of the Service;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code;
- Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Service to another person;
- Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes;
- Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices;
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Service in a harmful manner.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to TinyLoop.
3. User Accounts
Certain features may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. TinyLoop is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
4. Subscription and Premium Features
TinyLoop may offer free and paid subscription plans (“TinyLoop Premium”).
By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You authorize payment through the platform provider (such as Apple App Store or Google Play);
- Subscription fees may be billed monthly or annually depending on the selected plan;
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period;
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Prices and features may change at any time. Any price changes will apply to future billing cycles as permitted by applicable law.
Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
TinyLoop reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue Premium features at any time.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create within TinyLoop, including habits, journal entries, notes, goals, streaks, and other personal data (“User Content”).
By using the Service, you grant TinyLoop a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You agree not to upload or share content that:
- Violates laws or regulations;
- Infringes intellectual property rights;
- Contains harmful code, malware, or spam;
- Is abusive, harassing, hateful, or offensive.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
TinyLoop is designed for productivity, habit tracking, and wellness support purposes only. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, fitness, or professional healthcare advice.
Any recommendations, reminders, analytics, or insights provided by TinyLoop are informational only and should not be relied upon as medical or professional advice.
Always seek guidance from qualified professionals regarding health or medical concerns.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of TinyLoop is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Services
TinyLoop may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Apple Health, Google services, notifications, cloud storage providers, or analytics tools.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
9. Updates and Changes
TinyLoop may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We may also revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
TinyLoop, including its design, branding, software, graphics, logos, features, and content, is owned by TinyLoop and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, no part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TinyLoop DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TinyLoop SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, STREAKS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TinyLoop’s TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TinyLoop DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to TinyLoop at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and discontinuing use.
Upon termination, sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and legal rights will continue to apply.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you downloaded TinyLoop through the Apple App Store:
- Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services;
- In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund where applicable;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
You also acknowledge that certain information may be shared with Apple for subscription management, billing, and refund processing purposes in accordance with applicable laws and Apple policies.
